Today was one of those laugh or die days...

Oh Vey!
First I slept through my class (oops, not that big of a tragedy). Next, I went to the post office to pay rent. This time they told me I could not pay rent by credit card, despite me doing it the month before.
So, pissed off about that, I went to the grocery store to buy stuff for dinner (my friend was coming over). I forgot the milk (of course). I bought some Wrigley's gum because I was frustrated after hunting through the store and not being able to find anything. and just wanted something that was a little like home. It was not, it was more like a chic-lit.
My friend came, but at this point I made the decision to go buy milk while I was meeting her in the lobby. When we  came back I could not find my keys. I managed to get past the first two locked doors but could not get into my floor (I was pretty sure the keys were hanging in the lock on my room door). I buzzed all the neighbors to no avail, so I had to call SIO and get the caretaker to come out and let us in (for a 500 Kr fee.). As she gets in the elevator with us my neighbor also gets in. My keys were not in the door as it turns out. I found them hidden in a secret pocket.
Dinner was a disaster. The breadcrumbs for the fried zucchini were not crumbly enough. The chicken was undercooked. I tested the smoke alarm (it does not work). I blame the stupid internet recipes.
At least the company was good.

  2. With my luck FML would be seen as a challenge to prove that things could indeed be worse. And as I said, I had good company while I was going through most of this which totally helps.
